What we collect here
When you send us a message or start sign-up through this site, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, role, practice or hospital, and anything you write in the message. We may also collect basic information about how the site is used, such as the pages visited.
The sample practice (Try it)
When you try the sample practice we collect nothing about you: no account is created and no name or email is asked for. What you enter there is sample data, kept for a few hours and then deleted. Never enter real patient details.
Why
To reply to you, to set up your account if you ask us to, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask to hear from us, and we never sell it.
Who sees it
The ORTHOReD team, and the service providers that host this website and deliver our email on our behalf. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia.
Please do not send patient information
Never include patient names, dates of birth or clinical details in a message through this site.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and keep our business records, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email our privacy officer at
admin@orthored.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
